• Designed and built a proof-of-concept automated smoke-test suite for MAS upgrade validation, evaluating existing tools before developing a custom solution tailored to a heavily customized Maximo environment.
• Configure, enhance, and support MAS Manage 9.x, primarily for Wastewater Enterprise – the largest MAS enterprise, representing roughly one-third of users and the bulk of assets, ingested via a spatial integration from GIS – alongside additional supported sites; diagnose and resolve application and data defects across releases and upgrades.

• Built integrations and automation using PHP, REST, SQL, Python, and third-party APIs, including processes for document intake, collections, and data analysis.
